. I Know it's little embarrassing to say 'no' to a friend.However ,in this case since the mobile is absolutely new, i'd have no hesitation in saying that I Can't let him borrow it until I have used myself .what's important is to be firm when you say 'no'.
I don't think you need to feel embarrassed about it.Your 'no' is weak when you don't look into the eyes of the person and when you are very tentative.What makes the difference is the way you say it. I'm very particular that i must be the fist person who enjoys the warmth of it.So give me a chance .'So,what is important is ;be firm ,look into the eyes ,and never be tentative
